More theraputic bicep exercises and stretches!
Just wanted to give you a glimpse of more bicep exercises and stretches that you can do almost anywhere. We used 2-3 pound boxes because we are doing this for re-hab purposes. The weights will increase as pain decreases and endurance increases.
